Pickling Tanks

Pickling Tank is used for conducting plating process of plastic and metal items. Generally, metal wires and strips made of stainless steel, iron and non ferrous materials are treated in this tank by using nitric hydrofluoric acid and hydrochloric acid based solutions. Scrubbing system and fume exhausting facility have also been incorporated into its design to reduce toxic gas level.
